Comztek's success as one of Africa's leading technology distributors has always been rooted in understanding the DNA of the brands it partners with. This ethos was recently recognised with the election of Comztek's channel manager for Avaya, Elna Pienaar, as an executive member of the International Avaya User Group Forum (IAUG).
The IAUG is a Web-based forum, which serves as a global Avaya customer community.
“Comztek's profile as the sole distributor for Avaya's SME products in South Africa, combined with my nine years of Avaya experience, has provided me with a rich knowledge of the products and services from a partner or end-user point of view, which is needed as a member of IAUG. I am proud of the election as it recognises Comztek's commitment to Avaya and the partnership we share,” says Pienaar.
The IAUG helps keep members informed on new Avaya products and gives them the opportunity to learn from other users from all around the world. It has already provided two decades of advocacy, networking and education to Avaya customers worldwide.
