Comztek, the local distributor for Fujitsu Technology Solutions, foresees great changes in the PC market following the recently announced change from Fujitsu Siemens Computers, to Fujitsu Technology Solutions.
“We are very excited with the developments taking place at Fujitsu,” says Kobus Kitshoff, channel manager at Comztek. “With the new company's closer and stronger ties with its Japanese parent company, Fujitsu Group, the South African channel will undoubtedly be able to satisfy local consumers by bringing to market additional product ranges previously only available in the Asian markets.
“In addition to more unified global product availability, Fujitsu is going for a bigger slice of the global IT market, which will see the company employing its global strength to grow more aggressively in local markets, including South Africa,” adds Kitshoff.
This development will put Comztek at the forefront of bringing South Africa to par with developed markets with regard to technology solutions that are available.
