It`s business as usual at Comztek and LAN Design following the acquisition earlier this month according to Uwe Brandkamp, sales manager.
"LAN Design personnel and stock have been relocated to our offices and warehouse in Midrand, and business is going ahead as usual," said Brandkamp. "LAN Design resellers will be able to deal with the same sales representatives as before, in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town. They can expect to receive even better service in terms of pre- and post sales support due to the greater economies of scale the take over facilitated".
Quotes, orders and deliveries will continue to operate as before, with the only difference being a different contact number i.e. (011) 237 1800 or 0800 600 557. Additionally, LAN Design resellers automatically qualify for all the benefits and promotions afforded to all Comztek clients. Points accrued in the PartnerRewards programme before February can still be claimed. Should any resellers wish to participate in the Comztek Appreciation Programme (CAP) they can register at www.comztek.com.
