Leading communications systems distributor Comztek has been awarded the title of MGE UPS Systems IT Distributor of the Year for 2003 in SA. MGE is one of the world`s leading high-availability power solutions companies.
Comztek is committed to the MGE product range which it has supported for more than three years.
"The Distributor of the Year Award is an achievement well earned: Comztek has assisted with growing MGE sales figures by 144% when compared with the last financial year," says Rodney Callaghan, managing director at MGE.
"MGE`s main focus is on building long-term relationships with our distributor and their channel partners. The fact that we always go the extra mile and work closely with our partners has allowed us to grow the MGE IT business by 57% over the last financial year," he adds.
Says MGE product manager at Comztek, Kobie Coetzee: "We have shown our commitment to the MGE brand by empowering our resellers to continue providing their customers with the best product support available."
This is the third distributor of the year award presented to Comztek in only two months. The first was the 2002/2003 Microsoft Finished Goods Distributor of the Year, followed by the Cisco Distributor of the Year award for 2002/2003 - its first full year of trading as a Cisco distributor.
