Consumer Credit selects Contactor from PIC Solutions

Consumer Credit, a division of Nedcor Bank, is the leading provider of dealer-introduced consumer finance in SA. Over the past three years this Durban-based organisation has made significant investments to maximise the effectiveness of their collections department.

In order to increase the benefits and return on investment from the new technologies that have been implemented, Consumer Credit has selected the Contactor Service from PIC Solutions to enhance the integrity of its customer data.

The Contactor Data Cleansing Service has been designed to provide a cost-effective means of maintaining and improving the quality of an organisation`s contact information. It analyses, reports and fixes incorrect South African landline and cellular telephone numbers plus a wide range of additional information stored in customer databases.

Offered as a turnkey ASP solution, client data can be analysed and corrected rapidly, accurately and with minimum costs. The entire data cleansing and reporting process can be completed within business days from receipt of the client data file.

Gordon Lowis, General Manager - Customer Accounts, states: "Consumer Credit has committed significant investment to our collections environment, in terms of a new collections system, and the TRIAD account management solution. Each one of these investments has generated improvements, but with increased data integrity, we can gain even more ground.
