ContinuitySA appoints new MD

continuity solutions provider, ContinuitySA, has appointed Michael Davies as MD.

In the new role, Davies will assume full operational and financial responsibility for ContinuitySA.

Incumbent CEO, Allen Smith, will remain in his position but will focus on overall group strategy and acquisitions.

Davies acknowledges Smith has been the driving force behind ContinuitySA's growth into Africa.

“This move is part of a carefully constructed succession plan that will give the company the continued benefit of Smith's wisdom and experience while ensuring the smoothest possible transition to a new generation of leadership,” says Davies.
