ConVista Consulting SA develops global first - SAP ICM rapid implementation

For the first time, a South African SAP implementation partner, ConVista Consulting, has developed a rapid deployment module that is now being considered by prospective clients across the globe.

Called ICM2go, this incentives and commissions management module can be installed at a fixed cost and within four months - ensuring an in-year return on investment (ROI) for clients.

Gartner recommends that any organisation that employs over 100 quota-carrying staff, should be considering this type of software. With spreadsheets as the alternative, managing commission payments really shouldn't be a manual process, as it is the productivity and morale of the sales staff that is directly affected by errors and hold-ups in any payment of commissions.

By implementing this ICM2go solution from ConVista Consulting, the error rate for commission payments can be reduced by 90% on a monthly basis. The administration and IT costs can be reduced by 50% and an additional 10% uplift in sales has been shown to be achieved through more motivated staff.

Organisations are also able to reduce the time to introduce new products to the market by 66%. Due to the efficiency of the software, new remuneration models and incentive schemes can be brought in, in half the time it has historically taken.

Unique, added value enhancements have also been introduced into the ICM2go rapid implementation offering. Automated SMS communications at trigger points on a sales person's target can be worked into the solution, as can the management of leveraged sales people - staff that are now asked to work across multiple territories or product sets. This flexibility and communications capability is not available in the standard ICM offering.
