Coronation Fund Managers (CFM), a global asset management company offering a comprehensive range of top performing local and international products to institutional and individual investors, has selected ATIO Corporation as its partner of choice for all voice-related solutions and services.
Over the past two years, ATIO has supported and maintained CFM`s call centre and has recently supplied the company with an eight-port Dictaphone Freedom Voice Logger replacing its original, now outdated system.

The new Voice Logger will record all incoming and outgoing telephone interactions with the dealers in CFM`s dealing room, which handles an average of 4 720 calls per month.

The Freedom Voice Logger is designed to be network ready and the standard audio file format enables voice files to be accessible over any LAN/WAN, Internet or intranet. At CFM, the Freedom Voice Logger records the interactions on all the digital extensions of the Siemens Hicom PABX directly to the data storage device across the network. This gives CFM the benefit of having a fully automated system and not having to ensure that the backup device, such as a tape drive, is available and running. As the audio data is stored directly in the storage system, retrieval and playback is available at a moment`s notice. The files are easily retrieved using a Windows Browser and the playback files can be sent via e-mail or standard voice file.
The Voice Logger offers many features not previously available to CFM. These include the book-shelving feature which allows the user to define how calls will be organised in folders, additional security-like voice file authentication and encryption to enable sensitive voice files to be transported over an open network.
