(CPI) is proud to announce the launch of ClariLog, an international IT asset management software product, in SA. CPI has been appointed the premium value-added retailer (VAR) for the southern African regions.
CPI was awarded the contract due to its experience in the business analysis and process management environment. It was also the attraction of matching its existing product ARIS, named by the Gardiner Report as the leader in business process management, with ClariLog, a new leader in IT asset management that attracted both sides to the relationship.
"CPI is also the premium VAR for IDS Scheer`s ARIS product suite, and we see ClariLog as a value-add to the whole solution provided within IDS Scheer`s profile of products and services. We are looking forward to growing our market share with the leading solutions provided by both ARIS and ClariLog," says Dawie Jacobs, MD of CPI.
ARIS is the high-end tool for comprehensive business process management that ensures companies maintain their competitive advantage.
"ARIS covers the whole business management environment, but a number of our clients were asking us about IT asset management. While it is possible with ARIS, it is a manual, time-consuming process," says Jacobs. "There is a challenge to managing assets, knowing which PC is where, who is using it and what programs are loaded onto it. It`s difficult because things can move around quickly. Now ClariLog can manage your IT assets while ARIS manages your workflow environment."
ClariLog International`s easy-to-use and affordable package allows every IT department to grow in efficiency and productivity. ClariLog improves the quality of services, decreases IT costs and allows companies to manage the increasing diversity in IT products. More than 1 000 organisations in more than 10 countries are already using ClariLog solutions. "ClariLog offers more than other products," stresses Jacobs, "and it`s easier to use."
"IT asset management software is a `must-have` for all organisations with more than 50 PCs," says Michel Doric, CEO of ClariLog. "Thanks to software like ClariLog`s, the IT department can save between 5% - 18% on expenditures. The payback is large and very quick because the ROI is easy to calculate."
While ClariLog`s major launch will be in a few months, training is already under way for CPI and its partners. This new international software is the perfect match for CPI, which believes that in order to remain viable, companies must be constantly adapting to meet their customers requirements.
"Ultimately what we are aiming for is the linking of IT to the whole business management environment," concludes Jacobs, "this will put our clients at a huge advantage."
