CRM for gaming industry

WMS Gaming, a wholly owned subsidiary of WMS Industries, has signed an agreement with HCL Technologies to develop a (CRM) technology solution for casino operators on the Microsoft Dynamics platform, reports BusinessWire.

This new WMS CRM technology is the next progressive step in WMS' vision of the Casino Evolved that encompasses the company's four Wage-Net platform technologies.

This partnership with HCL Technologies specifically addresses WMS' Patron Services solutions platform in providing casino operators with proven CRM modules, and that will integrate marketing reinvestment offers with the gaming experience itself.

SugarCRM connects Google Calendar

SugarCRM, provider of commercial open source CRM software, has selected MyCRM GmbH's Connector Tool for Google Calendar as the SugarForge.org Project of the Month, according to CRM Directory.

MyCRM GmbH, an open source and SaaS systems integrator, created the connector tool for Google Calendar to enable users to blend all business and personal activities within the SugarCRM instance into one view in Google Calendar.

This new capability makes scheduling activities with customers and other users more efficient.
