Camsoft Solutions will host a CRM seminar in conjunction with SalesBytes at the Sandton Sun on Wednesday, 19 January at 5.30pm.
The guest speakers are Tricia Gregory and Rudaina Mustafah from Maximizer UK and Middle East respectively. The seminar will last approximately one hour, during which the speakers will present an outline of the do`s and don`ts of selecting and implementing a successful CRM solution.
Much attention has recently been given to both the potential benefits and pitfalls of CRM implementation in a business, as well as the role that IT has to play in CRM. Much like any successful project though, there needs to be thorough planning, identification of key responsibilities, adequate budgeting, attainable expectations and realistic time frames for a CRM implementation. And possibly most importantly, there has to be buy-in by all the affected individuals in the business, which can only occur when there is good on-going communication between all the parties involved.
Both speakers have extensive experience and a wealth of knowledge in the CRM business which they will draw upon during their presentations to help illustrate how a business can really succeed at selecting and implementing a CRM solution.
There will also be an opportunity at the end of the seminar for attendees to present their questions to the speakers.
