KeyFile Corporation SA has appointed CS FBS, the financial business solutions company in the JSE-listed CS Computer Services Holdings group, as a VAR for the KeyFlow Commerce workflow product.
CS FBS markets and implements financial business solutions from AccPac, Great Plains and Ixchange (Ability). These financial systems support the company`s drive towards e-commerce which integrates with workflow systems, says MD Stefan Coetzer.
"The KeyFlow Commerce product is an e-commerce solution, with an auto-link to the workflow function, which in turn has an auto-link to the financial system, says Coetzer, "and this is pivotal to our company`s strategic direction. It allows us to offer one solution and provide end-to-end automation of companies` business processes."
KeyFlow Commerce, which is fully Web-enabled, is used by some of the most successful e-commerce organisations in the world, including Dell, the world`s most successful online marketer, and the US Department of Defence, which has over 25 000 users. Coetzer says CS FBS has already identified its first customers for KeyFlow Commerce.
The business process automation capabilities of KeyFlow Commerce have far-reaching utility in the business-to-business commerce cycle, says Garth Wittles, KeyFile channel manager, Africa & Indian Ocean Islands.
"As more e-commerce transactions move beyond simple consumer Web-based ordering and extend across the supply chain, ERP applications, CRM applications and business-to-business extranets, process automation for those e-commerce and related transactions becomes critical for managing the procedures and helping them run smoothly in an effective, continual manner," says Wittles.
KeyFlow Commerce integrates XML forms, workflow, and document asset management in a Web-distributed system.
"Our KeyFlow Commerce customers, such as Dell Financial Group, CommerceOne and Symix Corporation, are seeing value from the combination of these KeyFile assets, demonstrating that this product will have far-reaching impact on the e-commerce enterprise."
