CTI Group releases e-billing suite
CTI Group is introducing a suite of electronic billing and invoice management products in the US, reports TMC Net.
The e-billing suite of products includes Dynamic Reports which is an electronic billing and invoice solution, and Analysis, an online reporting tool which analyses e-billing information for providing customised reports.
Dynamic Reports is a green, 'push' analysis product which is delivered to the PC or mobile phone via e-mail in HTML format. The offering is most suitable for residential and small businesses, and also helps reduce postage and paper costs.
Verizon pushes e-billing
Verizon is one of the many communications service providers which is getting serious about reducing the amount of paper it consumes, states Telephony Online.
The telecoms provider has signed a multi-year extension for Fiserv's e-billing and payments solution. The agreement allows Verizon to continue offering its more than 100 million wireless and landline customers the ability to receive and view an electronic version of their bill, known as an e-bill.
Verizon's wireless and landline customers can choose to view and pay their bills from a Verizon Web site, or at one of the more than 3 000 financial institution Web sites powered by Fiserv's e-billing and payment services.
