Dac Systems has unveiled Workflow Primer, which aims to assist companies in utilising workflow solutions to the maximum benefit of the business, particularly as economic constraints impact operations.
Workflow Primer provides organisations with the ability to implement and get trained on Nintex products, with no initial upfront investment. Nintex is a Dac Systems industry partner.
As part of the offering, Dac Systems has announced it will implement Nintex Workflow offerings on a client's existing SharePoint environment, with no commitment required for 30 days. The company will provide a full day of free installation and training.
"Our objective is to offer clients the opportunity to 'try out' the technology, get a feel for it and evaluate the product and its performance within their SharePoint environments," explains Aldo van Tonder, solutions executive at Dac Systems.
"This is also to confirm skill levels and what else may be required. Our commitment is a 30-day, no-risk offering to showcase what the technologies are capable of.
"During this engagement, we also meet regularly to track the progress of this at no additional cost, and so far our customers have been ecstatic around the potential ROI."
Concludes Van Tonder: "Workflow optimisation and strategic development of business processes' core infrastructure will be crucial differentiators in the market going forward.
"Our aim is to add value from the outset by eliminating the worry of cost for training and resource allocation for the client, and by offering a free 'test' or simulation of the technology within a specific environment."
