Daleen and Protek combine operations under Viziqor Solutions mame

Daleen Technologies, Inc. and Protek Telecommunications Solutions Ltd., today announced that the two companies have completed their transaction and are now combined under the new brand name Viziqor Solutions.

Backed by key investors Quadrangle Capital Partners and Behrman Capital, Viziqor Solutions offers an expansive product portfolio that spans a service provider`s core back office processes- billing and customer care, order management, provisioning, real-time inventory management, network management, mediation, and revenue assurance. Viziqor Solutions (pronounced Viz-i-core), will be led by a team of seasoned executives with international and U.S. experience from both organizations.

Gordon Quick, Daleen`s president and CEO, will continue as president and CEO of Viziqor Solutions, with responsibility for the company`s global operations. Paul Beaumont, Protek`s president and CEO, will serve as president of Viziqor`s international operations.
