Wackenhut Services deploys UltiPro
Wackenhut Services, a provider of security services to business, industry, and government agencies, went 'live' on Ultimate Software's UltiPro in January 2009 and is now handling HR and payroll more effectively for 5 200 employees, including hundreds of employees stationed around the world, reports Business Wire.
Expanding to more than 100 locations in the past few years, Wackenhut had outgrown the in-house application it had been using before UltiPro and sought a scalable human capital management solution that could manage complex HR/payroll practices for a global workforce, while integrating more easily with other internal business applications.
The security company turned to UltiPro and completed its deployment under budget in January 2009.
