IT services and solutions provider, Datacentrix, received a top honorary award as the K2.net Partner of the Year at the recent K2.net Partner Event hosted by Sourcecode. Datacentrix also received an award as the top value-added reseller (VAR) of the K2.net Workflow software product.
During the event, Sourcecode unveiled a preview of its forthcoming K2.net "BlackPearl" version showing full tool integration with the Microsoft suite of development applications and servers including the latest Visual Studio and SharePoint server.
Datacentrix is one of two local and 41 international K2 Workflow Partners in the K2.net "BlackPearl" beta release programme, collaborating online with the K2.net software laboratories worldwide to achieve a successful product launch of the software.
According to Yolande van Zyl at Sourcecode, Datacentrix received the K2.net Partner of the Year Award for 2006, based on its specific focus and go-to-market initiative around the K2.net platform, its dedicated pipeline and targets around K2.net and the achievement of its software sales target.
"Datacentrix also works very closely with us as a team when engaging and implementing solutions at customers and has a significant team of developers trained on K2.net.
"Datacentrix has proven to have a very broad and in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft and the K2.net platform," she adds. "When working with customers, we especially appreciate the company's integrity, customer relationships and excellent response times. We would recommend Datacentrix as Enterprise Partner to any of our customers."
Says Richard Him Lok, Datacentrix Divisional Director of Workflow Solutions: "As the largest K2 partner, Datacentrix has made a significant investment in skilled resources and R&D on the K2.net product since its initial release, building our own workflow application frameworks and reusable components - and this commitment has more than paid off."
