Datacentrix`s Business Solution division MD, Charl Joubert, was awarded with Microsoft Business Solutions` Leadership Award at the company`s recent annual partner conference.
According to Andrew Armstrong, Sales Director at Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS), the Leadership Award was established at the very first local MBS partner conference seven years ago and has been growing in importance considerably every year.
"Our Leadership Award is presented to role models within the channel, who are not only true leaders, but have also built solid teams and displayed good management skills.
"As a relatively new Microsoft Business Solutions partner, Charl has been instrumental in building a good relationship with us. He displays all of the leadership qualities on which our award is based and is a good leader who has the respect of the dependable team that he has built."
At the recent conference, an MBS spokesperson also described Joubert as providing his team with the knowledge and tools to be successful, as well as realising the potential opportunity in outsourcing and investing in the infrastructure to provide this service to customers.
"This award has assisted in putting Datacentrix on the map and will play a significant role in heightening our presence in the enterprise corporate market, which is exactly where we want to be," says Joubert.
