With a view to becoming one of South Africa`s top forms processing and automated data and document capture solution providers, Datafinity and Quantum Solutions will be restructuring to become one new empowered organisation, Reashumo Technologies, though still trading as Quantum Solutions.
Datafinity, founded in late 2000, has focused primarily on structured forms processing, survey automation in education, and electronic document management and content management, successfully implementing solutions for various insurance companies, educational institutions, and other organisations that have form-driven business processes.
Quantum Solutions, originally started in 1995, had a core focus on customising solutions around electronic fax, forms processing, electronic document management, as well as the development of customised solutions running in Linux and Windows environments. Quantum Solutions has enjoyed success all over South Africa, with large corporate clients in Johannesburg, and various implementations of customised solutions in and around Durban and Cape Town.
The new organisation, now with offices in Johannesburg, Durban and Sydney, Australia, will strengthen its focus in the business process automation field, specifically around form- and document-driven processes. With a solution offering that includes forms and document capture, electronic content management, e-form solutions, electronic signature pads, and the in-house expertise to implement the technologies into virtually any environment, the company looks forward to rapid growth and success in delivering high value solutions to current and future clients in all verticals.
Quantum Solutions welcomes new director Tebogo (Eugene) Modise, who comments: "We believe there are huge opportunities for the solutions that we offer in areas that have generally been overlooked in the past.
