As part of a reshuffle after its listing on AltX, the alternative bourse, last year, DataPro Group has announced that Jaco Voigt has been appointed as operations executive and Gary Sweidan as director: customer retention and growth.
Sweidan, formerly responsible for operations at DataPro (Pty) Ltd, will now focus on DataPro Group`s customer growth strategy with his core responsibility being the generation of additional revenues from existing customer solutions and key account direction.
Voigt joined DataPro in 2003 where he was tasked with setting up the company`s specialist voice division, VoxTelecom.
This division has grown into a substantial business, contributing handsomely to turnover and has become a market leader in the VOIP sector. Voigt`s day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing overall service delivery, implementations, network deployment and partnership relationships.
