Premier Internet service provider (ISP), DataPro, has scored another industry first by offering after hours bandwidth at a reduced rate.
Gary Sweidan, Technical Director at DataPro, said: "Bandwidth usage at night time is generally lower. So, in order to come up with a win-win solution, we are providing bandwidth after hours at a reduced rate.
"This means that we are generating additional revenue for ourselves and, at the same time, the customer is benefiting by having local as well as international access at a far lower rate."
He added that the bandwidth being offered is "premium bandwidth".
"We have excess bandwidth after hours. It makes more sense to make use of it. The 6TO8 solution is ideally suited to customers that require fast, cost-effective bandwidth at a fraction of the cost of a regular leased-line and conduct online business after hours."
