As part of its focus on providing value added services to the small business sector, DataPro, the premier Internet Service Provider (ISP), has launched its SME Business Hosting offering, a solution that sees the company providing a server hosting dedicated server for the exclusive use of smaller business.
The solution, which comes soon after a slew of new SME offerings from DataPro, is said to be the "perfect solution for high volume file transfers, high traffic and E-Commerce applications".
Icommerce Director, Carol Zeerderberg, said this offer provides a premium hosting solution in the company`s hosting zone, with a dedicated 64k pipe - but it has been priced to lower the barrier of entry for smaller businesses. The solution is also scalable to cater for these companies` changing needs.
In addition, DataPro takes "full responsibility for maintaining the hardware, backups, monitoring, virus updates and web statistics are also standard configurations with this solution".
This SME Business Server solution comes hot on the heels of the company`s uncapped ADSL offering, which was believed to be an industry first at the time of the launch.
