Datatec sticks to predictions

The company yesterday published a year-end trading update for the year to February. In the announcement, it said its financial performance was in line with the expectations set out in an interim statement released in January.

Revenue is expected to be between $3.7 billion and $4 billion, while net profit should be $44 million.

Datatec also expects to keep its dividend of $0.12, which it will confirm when it releases its results on 13 May. The company's share closed yesterday at R31.50.
