Dell South Africa recently hosted a Christmas party for 120 children of varying ages from Bethany Children`s Home at the Dell offices in Bryanston. Pony rides, jumping castles, carousel rides, face painters, balloon sculptors and a mini sports-olympiad were just a few of the events that kept the children occupied during the day.
Rob Nunn, chairman of the Dell Foundation, commented: "This was a wonderful event to sponsor, as it brought huge smiles to the children`s faces, particularly when Father Christmas arrived! This event was one of the many community initiatives that the Dell Foundation has been involved in this year."
Bethany Children`s Home cares for approximately 300 children of varying ages who are HIV/AIDS infected or affected, orphaned by the disease, or abandoned.
