SA`s Dialogue Group is to partner with UK contact centre service provider Telecom Service Centres (TSC) and Indian company TransWorks.

Dialogue says in a statement that the three firms expect to generate annual revenues of over R2 billion by 2008.

The companies are sharing resources and expertise to service clients across Europe, the US, Canada, Australia and SA, which fall primarily within the financial services, mobile telecoms, travel and utilities sectors.

Dialogue, which has about a thousand call centre seats in Cape Town and Johannesburg, will focus on -based facilities, TransWorks on back-office processing and TSC on providing UK delivery and international contact management best practice.

"The three-way alliance means that, for example, a contact can be created on behalf of a client in Glasgow, executed at voice level in the UK and Cape Town, with back-office support provided in Bangalore, " says Dialogue chairman Jason Drew.

TSC, a Scottish-based, management-owned company, counts among its clients Vodafone, Barclays, the Royal of Scotland, T-Mobile and Tesco Personal Finance. It employs over 2 500 people across nine locations in Scotland and England and has achieved CCA accreditation for best practice, says the Dialogue statement.

TransWorks has 12 Fortune 500 companies among its clients, operates in North America, Europe and Australia, and employs a staff of 3 400 across three centres in India, says the statement.
