DiaMatrix is showing its support to the community with donations to animal shelters and free services to the Johannesburg SPCA.
In June, the SPCA sent out a request to the public for food and blankets for its rescued animals. DiaMatrix heard the plea and managed to collect R2 000 from all the employees at the company. Montego Classic was brought on-board and, with the money DiaMatrix, was able to buy 250kg of adult dog food.
Half of the dog food was donated to Boksburg SPCA, while the other half was given to Kitty and Puppy Haven. Photos of their visit to these two shelters were posted to >link<Facebook.
In light of Nelson Mandela's birthday on 18 July, where 67 minutes should be spent making a difference in the community, DiaMatrix wanted to continue its support to the SPCA. As a result, it created the Johannesburg SPCA's mobi site for free. The mobi site went live on Mandela's birthday and boasts new adoptions, information and news from the branch.
DiaMatrix will continue to provide free services to Johannesburg SPCA for the next few months.
