Local end-to-end kiosk solutions company Dicoll Interactive has been awarded the business to design, deploy and maintain touch screen-based kiosks for Vodacom.
The company has already deployed more than 150 self-service technology kiosks across the country for Vodacom.
The purpose of the kiosk is to assist customers with mobile handset selection by way of a mobile browser, as well as interactive services such as repair tracking, contract status and related information, among many others.
Dicoll Interactive implements kiosk solutions for its customers as part of the client`s business strategy, with clearly defined objectives.
The company has reporting tools built into the solution to measure the exposure and fields of interest on their customers` behalf.
