Dimension Data has appointed Jere Brown as the company`s new North American CEO.
The company says Brown has served as senior VP of North American sales since 2004 and replaces Robert Cagnazzi who will leave Dimension Data on 1 February.
Adrian Liddiard, the region`s CFO, has announced he will leave the company on 28 February.
DiData says it has "convened a search committee to review prospective internal and external candidates for the CFO and sales executive positions and is in active search mode".
"We are confident in Jere and the US executive team`s ability to continue to drive our North American business," says Brett Dawson, CEO of DiData Holdings.
"Bob and Adrian set out to build a solid management team - including the appointment of Jere to SVP of sales two years ago - and to strengthen regional performance. By any measure, they succeeded in those efforts. The business is vibrant and each believes this is an appropriate time to leave DiData and pursue other opportunities."
The company notes that it has seen "continued growth of its North American revenue - which reached $481 million last year".
DiData has expanded its North American operations to include four new markets: Chicago, Phoenix, and Northern and Southern California.
