DIGIform announces availability of powerful invoice processing solution based on Autonomy Cardiff's TELEform product.

Through the amalgamation of both Cardiff and DIGIform technologies, DIGIform is proud to announce the availability of an end-to-end invoice processing solution. The solution provides a highly automated and accurate system for paper-based, electronically faxed and e-mailed items.

In many companies the manual processing of invoices is a time-consuming, labour-intensive and potentially error-prone undertaking. Using the DIGIform TELEform solution to automate the procedure results in the immediate benefits of reduced labour costs, quicker invoice processing turnaround times, greater payment accuracy and the automated matching of purchase order numbers to internal systems.

The increased speed and accuracy of capture has the added benefits of allowing organisations to realise early payment discounts, have greater visibility into the tracking of received items and reduce potential exposure to risk or fraud through detailed audit trails.
