Digital has become the new normal

Tech Mahindra has built competencies to help its clients become future-ready.

He says Tech Mahindra has mapped the full spectrum of technologies that enable this digital transformation and built competencies to help its clients become future-ready and future-proof digital enterprises. “We aspire to transform ourselves from a technology partner to a digital transformation partner.”

Tech Mahindra, he says, is focusing on six key areas. Firstly, strategy and design. “We guide organisations through the uncertainties of the digital age, by defining the right digital strategy that is aligned with the core business strategy. We also design the right experiences for internal and external stakeholders, and delineate the implementation roadmap to enable digital strategy.”

“Then there’s intelligent operations. We help to realign end-to-end business operations to deliver desired customer experiences through integrated, connected and intelligent ecosystems. In terms of future enterprise and innovation, Tech Mahindra envisions a disruptive future by leveraging emerging technologies to exploit open opportunities, incubate disruptive business models, and deliver experiences to ‘tomorrow’s customers’.”

Fostering data-driven decision-making by harnessing the power of data, analytics and cognitive technologies to derive actionable and impactful insights is another area of focus for the company. “Finally, we are helping customers with their digital foundations. It is crucial to lay a robust, secure and future-proof foundation for the digital enterprise by adopting cutting-edge technology frameworks and software delivery methodologies.”

According to him, Tech Mahindra’s approach of solving business problems by leveraging cutting-edge technologies in collaboration with traditional and new-age partners has fostered an environment of collaborative disruption and enhanced intelligence, two imperatives to succeed in the fast-changing technology and business landscape.
