Digital Mall, voted best online retailer 2000, has joined forces with TheRedGiftBag.com in its first telesales initiative to support its existing e-commerce offering using an 0860 number (0860 300 101). TheRedGiftBag.com is the winner of the International Association of Web Masters and Designers` Golden Web Award.
TheRedGiftBag.com offers convenient, creative and affordable online shopping for gifts or gift hampers for clients, friends and family. Customers will now be able to purchase products from TheRedGiftBag.com over the phone or over the Internet where the company has a presence on Digital Mall`s WorldShop initiative.
Madelein Grobbelaar, marketing manager for TheRedGiftBag.com, says although the company has fulfilled growth expectations, expansion has become necessary to meet customer demand. "We have teamed up with Digital Mall to extend our customer base and to make our services more accessible to our clientele. We felt that we could achieve this by going the telesales route to complement our existing e-commerce business."
