Dimension Data named Global Partner of the Year by McAfee

Dimension Data has been named Global Partner of the Year 2011 by McAfee, the world's largest security technology company. The global award follows the announcement made in March that McAfee had signed its first Global Solution Provider Agreement with Dimension Data.

Dimension Data and McAfee recently announced their appointment by CenITex, the Victorian Government IT agency, to provide an integrated threat and vulnerability management solution to improve end-to-end information security efficiency and optimise information security management across the organisation. The solution will enable CenITex to further improve operational efficiency and streamline security management,while effectively meeting CenITex's compliance goals.

Dimension Data's Security business recorded revenue growth of 11.4% in the first six months of the current financial year, and expects that accelerated growth in the IT security market across all verticals will continue.
