Protek today announced a major partnership agreement with Dimension Data, a world leader in providing network infrastructure solutions to international corporations. Under this agreement, the company will resell and integrate Protek`s suite of Business and Operational Support Systems products to its broad base of major telecommunication customers.
The agreement encompasses Dimension Data offering Protek`s integrated portfolio of BSS and OSS products as well as acting as a systems integrator and implementation partner for Protek. The partnership will initially focus on Africa.

Protek has already worked on projects in co-operation with Dimension Data and has found from this experience that Protek`s solutions fitted well with the Dimension Data offering. The company provides a suite of products under its i-Boss banner, including customer self-care, real-time billing, integrated event management, intelligent performance management, automatic flow-through services provisioning and managed network management.
