Dimension Data receives solution provider award at regional contact centre ceremony.
Dimension Data, a specialist IT solutions and services provider, recently received the solution provider award at the KZNonSource contact centre awards ceremony held in Durban.
KZNonSource is a public-private partnership established in 2003 that strives to create employment and initiate skills development in the region.
The award acknowledges a supplier/service provider for the implementation of a solution tailored to the needs of a contact centre client that delivers business value and shows quantifiable return on investment. Dimension Data was commended for its implementation and support of the BizWorks, Consumer Credit, Direct Channel Marketing, Gold Circle and Nedbank KZN call centres.
"Contact centres have the potential to become one of the province`s greatest job creation sectors. It is therefore important that service excellence and global competitiveness is maintained. The regional awards recognise and honour people and organisations who lead the way," says William Goldstone, KZNonSource CEO.

The KwaZulu-Natal winners will be entered into a national awards event that will be hosted by the South African Contact Centre Community (SACCCOM) in Gauteng in September 2005.
