dns telecom opens new offices

dns telecom today announced it has opened new offices in Cape Town and Bloemfontein, following the new offices opened last year in Durban and Polokwane.

“These moves are very much in line with our strategy and essential if we are to provide the services expected by our customers in these areas,” commented Vaughan Humphrey, Managing Director of dns telecom. “Our current growth rate is so encouraging that we have also had to increase the size of our premises in Johannesburg.

“In addition to the above, the Durban office now has a strong contingent of technical staff with significant experience in the telecommunications industry,” added Humphrey. “This, for example, underpins our commitment to our client base that we will put appropriate local skills in place to support them.”

Contact details for the new remote offices are as follows:

dns telecom

dns telecom (originally Dial and Save) was originally established in 2004 by a group of IT and telephony professionals to intercept and exploit the opportunities created by the deregulation of the South African telecommunications industry.

The skills encompassed within dns telecom are consistent with those required as a result of the ongoing convergence of voice, video and data on the IT infrastructure of organisations. It is a BEE-compliant company with Amava Holdings as a stakeholder and is a major shareholder in Songimali Communications.

dns telecom is a customer-centric organisation that supplies best-of-breed end-to-end communication solutions to corporate South Africa specifically orientated at reducing the costs of converged communications, but without any compromise in quality or capacity. Consequently, it has agreements and partnerships with many solution providers such as BCS-Net, Electronic Communications Networks (ECN), MIA Telecoms, Telemat and Telkom SA.

dns telecom has a customer base that embraces both the public and private sector and includes organisations such as Blue Financial Services, Coke SA, CTP Danou, Doves, Emirates Airlines, Imperial Holdings, JD Group, Thrifty and Tsogo Sun.
