Following the successful launch of the DocCheck Faces network in Germany, DocCheck, a community for professionals in Europe, is now making its social networking package available in other countries, according to TCM Net.

The Italian version is already online, and English, Spanish and French versions will follow in January 2008.

"Online market research, e-marketing, and customer relationship management (CRM) lie at the heart of DocCheck`s business model," the company said.

Mall Networks wins award

Mall Networks, provider of merchant-funded loyalty shopping solutions, has received a 2007 Product of the Year Award from Technology Marketing Corporation`s customer interaction solutions (CIS), says CRM Marketplace.

The loyalty shopping suite includes an online mall, an in-store loyalty shopping solution, and an e-marketing solution.

The 10th Annual Product of the Year Award winners will be featured in the January 2008 issue of CIS magazine.

Travelport advertises online

TravelClick, provider of e-marketing solutions for the hotel industry, and Travelport GDS, a global system (GDS) provider, have enhanced Travelport`s Worldspan Accents online advertisements, according to PRNewswire.

The adverts, which are marketed by TravelClick, distribute time-sensitive information to thousands of travel agent terminals worldwide and target agents at the point of sale.

The adverts now will appear at the top of agent hotel availability and rental availability screens to ensure maximum visibility and an increased chance of booking.
