The network is one of the most overlooked components when an e-application is launched and the leading cause of many performance problems with high-speed applications like e-commerce.

Application Vantage 1.5 has been extended to offer an unlimited amount of simultaneously manageable monitoring agents per license. The resultant benefit is far more economical enterprise application management.
This release will allow customers to not only distribute agents freely throughout the organisation, but also to be able to manage all the agents simultaneously using the Application Vantage Agent Manager. In the previous release of Application Vantage, customers could only manage 25 agents without purchasing additional licenses.
Application Vantage is Compuware`s application performance tool for production troubleshooting and a key component of the EcoSYSTEMS performance management solution suite.
Application Expert 2.5 offers network and application managers integration with EcoPREDICTOR for predicting an application`s impact on a network before deployment.
Information from EcoPREDICTOR serves as the basis of providing analysis for capacity planning with real data captured from an existing network. Customers will be able to browse for Application Expert transaction libraries whether they are on a platform containing EcoPREDICTOR or on a node that is accessible from the EcoPREDICTOR platform.
Application Expert enables application profiling and troubleshooting in pre-production environments. The tool enables network managers and application developers to work together to analyse an application`s impact on the network before it is deployed.
