Doxolve continues to expand its user base

Johannesburg, 06 Aug 2012

Doxolve, a leading provider of electronic and data management solutions, today announced it had extended its user base following several new implementations, as well as through the expansion of its product usage within its current clients. Many of these new users are in the SME sector, where IT knowledge is often limited and ease of use regarding application deployment is vital.

“One of the new installations is at Gender Links (http://www.genderlinks.org.za),” commented Pieter du Plooy, founder and director of Universal Information Technologies (UIT). “They are a Southern African NGO, established in 2001, and focused on promoting gender equality and justice across the 15 countries of the region.”

“Another is Healthy Numbers (http://www.healthynumbers.co.za), a 'bureau-type' service organisation which provides doctors and hospitals with a stress-free billing and collections solution, which is regarded as one of the most cost-effective ones in the country,” continued Du Plooy. “We have also installed the software at several cardiologist practices, where, for example, a good impression to the patient from an efficiency perspective is paramount and where faster turnaround times become very important.

“We continue to offer our users the capability of customising their specific software solution in a way that will not compromise the implementation of any of our future releases, as well as the integration of it with many third party products,” concluded Du Plooy.

Doxolve always welcomes feedback from its client base, and specifically enhancement requests that have a wide appeal and which they may be able to include in later releases.
