It was announced at the Bytes Technology Group (BTG) board meeting today (Thursday, 2 October 2003) that Dr Bill Venter, chairman of the Altron Group, has assumed the chairmanship of BTG.
In compliance with King II, the roles of chairman and chief executive officer at BTG have been separated and in this regard, David Redshaw will continue as chief executive officer of BTG.
