DST Global Solutions launches AWD10

DST Global Solutions today announced the newest version of the AWD process management application, AWD10 - a comprehensive and customisable solution designed to manage transaction processes, service experiences and complex cases.

AWD10 extends the value currently delivered to clients through new, intuitive interfaces, streamlined process design functionality, and multiple new features designed to improve operational quality and efficiencies via flexible service delivery models.

DST Global Solutions has been providing innovative process solutions to its clients for more than 30 years.
