E-landlord, a property rental Web site, has announced a partnership agreement with iafrica`s property section Homechannel. The stakeholders hope to cover a broader segment of the property market servicing both the selling and rental sectors through this initiative.
According to Graham Alexander, webmaster of E-landlord, larger commercial property managers such as Anglo American Properties, Old Mutual Properties, Standard Bank Properties and Colliers RMS have been quick to sign up and market their properties through E-landlord.
Launched in January, www.e-landlord.co.za provides a Web-based property rental service. It is a subscription-driven database of vacant properties and covers the residential, commercial, industrial and holiday home markets in Southern Africa.
Iafrica`s Homechannel operates as a vehicle for all major estate agents to market their properties for sale.
