Eastman Software, the business process solutions provider, has rebranded as eiStream, the name of its parent holding company. The move follows Eastman Software`s spin off from the Eastman Kodak Company in August 2000. eiStream, the privately held investment group which was formed as a holding company for Eastman Software, has since acquired three other business process solutions providers - Kofile, Spectrum Data and, most recently, Viewstar. The combined group is now one of the top 2 players in the workflow market worldwide.
Gentil Noens, former Vice-President of Eastman Software (Europe, Africa & Middle East) and now Vice-President of eiStream (Europe, Africa & Middle East), commented: "This rebranding is part of our strategy to create a new platform from which to raise awareness of the global scale of our capabilities in providing innovative work process solutions.

In South Africa Integrear Systemflo (Pty) Ltd, a member of the Integrear Group represents eiStream. Integrear Systemflo is also the center of excellence and training center for eiStream for the African region. Over 20 local implementations have been completed by Integrear Systemflo, with clients including the likes of MTN, Transnet Pension Fund, CUAL, Citadel, Fedsure, Saambou, The Social Security Commission of Namibia, AIG, and most recently Unibank.
