eBillingHub has partnered with Aderant, which will be able to resell the eBillingHub directly to its clients, says e-Media Wire.

HP to buy EDS?

Hewlett-Packard is in advanced talks to buy Electronic Systems (EDS) in a deal slated to be around $12 to 13 billion, a move that will help the company compete with IT major IBM, states Business Standard.

The proposed deal would help shore up HP's services business, which generated $16.6 billion in fiscal year 2007, they said.

EDS offers a range of IT services from business process outsourcing like billing and customer care to infrastructure services, including data centres and server management.
