Edcon, Africa`s largest fashion retail group, has signed a CredITMentor contract with PIC Solutions. This retainer contract will support Edcon`s ongoing development and implementation of credit and customer relationship management systems.
The CredITMentor Service enables Edcon to `reserve` a specified number of credit systems support hours, over a 12-month period. Edcon can then make use of the support as and when it is most required. This allows for the optimum allocation of specialised resources for VisionPLUS, TRIAD and custom credit systems projects, combined with fixed monthly budgeting and on-time delivery project delivery.
Jaco van Jaarsveldt, Group Financial Services Risk Manager at Edcon, states: "We have enjoyed a close working relationship with PIC Solutions for a number of years and their specialists have worked closely with our Risk Management team to design, test and implement leading-edge risk management strategies and techniques that have been applied to all of our retail chains.
