Edcon, Africa`s largest fashion retail group, has signed an expanded TRIADTM consulting contract increasing the level of strategic credit risk management support from PIC Solutions.
TRIADTM, from Fair Isaac International, is the world`s leading account management system, providing sophisticated risk management and credit marketing functionality to credit grantors, telecoms and utilities. TRIADTM includes Champion/Challenger strategy testing and behaviour scoring, as well as modules for the strategic management of credit limits, authorisations, collections, marketing and re-pricing.
Edcon is a long time user of the TRIADTM system and has expanded its strategy consulting contract to ensure a continuous improvement in the credit and risk management of its portfolio of accounts.
Earlier this year, Edcon, which prides itself as being at the leading-edge of consumer credit technology, invested in Model Builder for Decision Trees, from Fair Isaac International. This software enables lenders to take analytically-driven account management strategy design to a new era of sophistication.
