Emerge Africa, the master value-added reseller (VAR) in Africa for business process management company Global 360, has taken over the Systemflo division of Integrear, Global 360's local partner for the past 10 years.
The deal, finalised in May, sees Emerge Africa become the leading provider of BPM solutions on the continent. According to a Gartner report in November 2005, Global 360 is the world's fastest-growing provider of business process management and optimisation software. Its clients in Africa include government, educational institutions and leading companies in the telecommunications, banking and insurance industries.
"It was a natural move to bring Emerge Africa and Integrear together," says Emerge Africa CEO Jean Moncrieff. Global 360 has tried and tested solutions and templates in critical business areas including compliance, accounts payment, credit vetting, contract management, FICA and credit card applications."
