Emerge Queue has enjoyed a busy 2015 in Africa thus far. It has installed and gone live with multiple MTN OPCO and Multichoice Africa branches across Africa, with more planned for the second half of the year.

In February, Emerge Queue installed the first Qmatic system in Namibia in the MultiChoice branch in Windhoek. This was soon followed by the first Qmatic Orchestra installation in Ethiopia, the first installation in Uganda at the MultiChoice Kololo branch, as well as the first installation in Tanzania at the MultiChoice branch in Dar es Salaam. They have also installed eight MTN branches in Kampala, Uganda during this time.

''It has been an exciting few months,'' says Ashley Watson, Project Manager for Emerge Queue. ''The Qmatic hardware has really proven its worth in coping with all the challenges we have thrown at it. I am looking forward to the second half of this year as we have some really exciting projects on the horizon.''

''Africa is key for us,'' says Eugene Swanepoel, Managing Director of Emerge Queue. ''It is the continent with the fastest-growing middle class, one that will be increasingly demanding a better customer experience. That is where we come in, making the experience better for the customers but also creating actionable business intelligence for our clients in these markets.'
