The staff and management of Emerge Queue have selflessly donated most of the budget for their year-end function to Geluksoord Old Age Home in Stellenbosch. This facility has a total of 80 elderly occupants and the idea was to spoil them for the day with treats.
The day was organised by the Stellenbosch Traffic Department, a client and partner of Emerge Queue, who saw the need to bring some joy to the Gelukoord residents. They also organised that some officers and children from the community visit on the day spend some time with the residents of Gelukoord.
''I am very proud of the staff for their contribution'', says Eugene Swanepoel, Managing Director of Emerge Queue. ''We believe that you need to give back to the community and this certainly does that and more. Because of this, management decided to still do a smaller function for staff with beers, wine and snacks last Friday to celebrate another great year at Emerge Queue''.
