EngNet, an online engineering directory developed by engineers for engineers, has had a favourable response from the engineering industry, says EngNet initiator, Michael Cooney.
"We have vast engineering experience which has enabled us to structure the categories and the database in a way that suits the engineering industry. We have comments from clients who say `finally someone who understands our industry`.
"Instead of the Internet being the useful tool it is meant to be, it became a frustration," says Cooney. "Our response has resulted in EngNet where the directory structure has been set up specifically for engineering-related products and services."
EngNet can be found at www.eng.co.za.
