Enterasys Networks Africa has been recognised as one of SA`s top ICT companies, the only networking vendor to feature in the prominent accolade.
Enterasys features in the book Top ICT Companies in South Africa, researched and published by Corporate Research Foundation along with some of the industry`s finest and best-known ICT companies.
"We see this achievement as proof that our continued drive to change the face of the networking industry is paying off, and more importantly that the industry at large is becoming more aware of Enterasys and what we are capable of," says Martin May, Enterasys African director.
Enterasys has been on a significant awareness campaign for some time now, and May says the fruits of this labour are being seen in both sales and customer interest.
"It has been a tough couple of years for everyone in this industry, but our awareness campaign has benefited us tremendously. Users are calling on us to pitch for new business as a matter of course now.
"The depth and strength of our products is now known in the market and although competition is still tight in these depressed economic times, we are making a strong showing in our market space," says May.
Enterasys is currently rolling out new technology for the mid-market as well as developing technology for the smaller business.
"The new technology coming out of the US will afford us the opportunity to move into a larger market. We expect to see the results of the broader access in the next year," May concludes.
